INFO ABOUT MOROCCO:

Morocco is a country with a long history and known for its hospitality. It is an AFRICAN COUNTRY with different influences from people of different cultures (Moorish, Arabs, Berbers, Europeans from Portugal, Italy, Spain) that all blended during more than 1000 years to become the unique MOROCCAN CULTURE. English and French are widely spoken in tourist areas.

AGADIR is the SUN CAPITAL of MOROCCO, there are 300 days of sun per year. It is a coastal city with a beautiful beach. The temperature is on average 25 degrees all year round during the day with a stunning blue sky that will naturally make you happy and bring a large smile to your face from the moment you will open your eyes in the morning.

Agadir is the largest berber city and the largest city before entering the desert. It has a very special climate because it is surrounded by mountains.

Just 20km north of AGADIR, is TAGHAZOUT, the charming Moroccan surf village, once a fishing village, where everything is about surfing. There is an infinite number of amazing surf spots and long stretches of beaches where we will take you. Our playground will be about 50km of pristine beach to search and ride the best waves in the area.

TAGHAZOUT IS AMONG THE BEST PLACES TO LEARN SURFING IN THE WORLD.

ALL YEAR ROUND THE WATER TEMPERATURE IS VERY GOOD (YOU ONLY NEED A 3/2mm WETSUITS IN THE WINTER), THERE ARE WAVES EVERYDAY AND THE WAVES QUALITY ARE EXCEPTIONAL TO LEARN TO SURF AND ALSO VERY GOOD FOR EXPERT SURFERS.

We will take you to different surf spots depending on the weather conditions. The life is chill and relax. We enjoy surf, good food and a great company to exchange lifetime experiences while spending what will probably become your best surf holiday ever.

Taghazout is among the best places to learn surfing in the world.

All year round the water temperature is very good (you only need a 3/2mm wetsuit in the winter), there are waves everyday and the waves quality are exceptional to learn to surf and also very good for expert surfers.

Culture and history info

The Timitar festival, a festival of Amazigh and music from around the world, has been held in Agadir every summer since its inception in July 2004.

The Morocco Movement association is involved in the arts and organizes concerts, exhibitions and meetings in the visual arts, design, music, graphic design, photography, environment and health.

MARRAKECH is a 3h drive by highway with very efficient and comfortable transportation system by bus.
MARRAKECH AIRPORT IS CONNECTED DIRECTLY TO A LARGE NUMBER OF CITIES.
Once at MARRAKECH AIRPORT, TAKE A TAXI TO THE BUS STATION ("GARE ROUTIERE"). It is located just behind the newly renovated and state of the art Moroccan architecture train station. The cost is about 50DHS to 70DHS (5eur to 7eur). The taxi ride is about 15-20min.
Once at the station, you will find many bus companies, but we recommend these 2:
CTM or SUPRATOURS. The bus ticket from MARRAKECH to AGADIR CITY is about 15 EUR.
The journey to AGADIR CITY takes 3 hours via a comfortable high way system. The bus driver usually takes a break at a high way station for buying a drink and using bathrooms.
At your arrival to AGADIR, we will come pick you up from the bus station in Agadir (just let us know the arrival time).
